All customer orders ship from our Virginia location within 2 business days of order placement. Most orders ship next business day. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Many orders also ship out on Saturdays, but this is NOT guaranteed.

Orders ship from the East Coast. As your order ships farther West, your estimated delivery time will be at the longer end of the range. For example, if you are shipping to California, you should expect 5 business days for delivery.

We have shipped to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Hong Kong, Hungary, Indonesia, Ireland, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland. Please inquire regarding other countries. At this time, only CERTAIN items can be shipped to ITALY due to import restrictions.
International customers will need to contact us for shipping charges. Please email us your desired items with country destination. We will confirm we ship to your country and email your shipping options. If you are interested in completing the purchase, we will send you an invoice through our credit card processor for payment. You may also request an invoice through Paypal. Please read below for some additional information on how we determine international rates.
Our current method of international shipping is through the US Postal Service (USPS). We offer Priority and Priority Express (upon request). First Class International is available to CERTAIN DESTINATIONS for CERTAIN packages. First Class International shipping requires mandatory insurance. Certain destinations will require mandatory insurance regardless of the method of shipping used.
- Orders of only 1 item will incur a handling fee of $1.00 USD. Orders of more than 1 item do not incur this fee.
- Any customs/duties/taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- International customers will need to contact their local import office or postal office for information on customs/duties/taxes. We may be able to give the customer an idea of possible customs/duties/taxes that may be charged, but this information would not be guaranteed. Our figures should be in the "ballpark," but the final amount may be more or less. We in no way, shape, or form guarantee any customs/duties/taxes estimates we provide to the customer.
- If customs/duties/taxes are assessed, they will be in addition to the shipping charges paid to us.
- We cannot mark international packages as "gifts" because the products were purchased in a business transaction regardless of the final intent of the items. International orders are not eligible for gift receipts because the item need to be declared for import reasons.
- Declared value is determined as merchandise cost. Insured value is the declared value. If you want shipping charges insured, please let us know and we will add the shipping charge amount into the declared value.
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
We offer a 30 day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days from the date of order delivery. We use tracking for all shipments so we know the date of delivery. If we made a mistake, we pay for return shipping. Simple! We will email a return label for you to print and use to return your item(s). If we did not make a mistake and you want to return an item, then you pay for return shipping. We can still email a return label for you to print and use to return your item(s). We will deduct the return postage amount from your refund. Please note that original shipping charges are not refunded for unwanted/changed mind/buyer remorse reasons.
If the customer returns an item after they open it or use it, or send it back in a condition other than the one it was sent in, only a partial refund will be given. The amount of the partial refund will vary between 50 to 70% of the original cost and be determined by the condition in which the return is received.
Original shipping fees are not refundable. Returns that drop an original free shipping order total down to below the free shipping threshold will have the flat $5.49 shipping fee deducted from their return amount.
Returns are processed within 3-5 business days from receipt of the return merchandise. Refunds will be processed back through the original form of payment.
Every product shipped from our store is inspected for visible signs of damage. In the event a customer receives an order in a damaged state, please contact us for immediate assistance. Damaged merchandise must be reported within 7 calendar days from the date of order receipt by the customer. If a customer does not report damage within 7 calendar days, then the default 30 day return policy will apply and the customer's return may be subject to a partial refund of between 50 and 70% of the original cost.
Every product shipped from our store is tested for defectiveness. Certain products that are sealed cannot be tested. In the event a customer receives a defective product, the customer should contact the respective manufacturer for assistance. If a customer chooses to return a defective item to us instead of contacting the manufacturer, we will either exchange the item (if available) or refund the customer as per our default 30 day return policy. Once we receive the item back in store and determine it is a defective item, we will waive the partial refund and give a full refund. However, we have received items back that customers did not know how to use and the item was not defective. In this instance, the partial refund policy of between 50 and 70% may apply.
