This version of Charlie is the 2018 version which is NOT fully painted. Fisher Price redesigned the wooden line in 2018 for a fresh look featuring more exposed wood and stylish, contemporary patterns.
Charlie can be a bit of a comedian. It's good to have sense of humor, though, even when things seem tough, and that's why Charlie is so valuable. He may put play before work sometimes, but he'll always be there to cheer up his friends.
